Can you tell us a little bit about the approvals process once you have a title in production? That is, what kind of back-and-forth happens between you and the licenseholder for things like cover art, interior design, etc.?

I can’t. we are contractually not allowed to discuss such things with the public. Also, as there really is no standard way to go about these things, we really couldn’t cover it all properly under these circumstances. Every contract is different and like in life every relationship with an author/agent is different. So they all require different needs.
But honestly, you described most of it. It really is mainly a back and forth dialogue.
